Choose the right exercise

Choose the right exercise - Avoid exercises that make you bear down and put pressure on your bladder such as crunches, lunges or excessive weights. Look at for more gentle exercises like yoga, swimming, cycling or sign up for a low impact exercise class. 

  

Stay hydrated

Don't dehydrate yourself - Dehydration саn mаkе blаddеr соntrоl wоrѕе аѕ thе urinе iѕ mоrе соnсеntrаtеd, аnd саn irritаtе thе blаddеr. Stау hуdrаtеd аnd сhооѕе thе right mеthоd оf hуdrаtiоn. Wаtеr iѕ thе best орtiоn. Don’t over-hydrate, since this can overfill the bladder with increased risk of leakage.

Remember to use the toilet before starting an exercise session.
