Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our delivery partner with tracking information where available.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are:
- Orders under £40 - £4.80 delivery charge
- Orders over £40 – free delivery
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown at checkout.

- UK Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can investigate with the courier.
